  • You broaden your conscious awareness. You focus on what you experience during meditation, such as the flow of your breath. You can observe your thoughts and emotions but let them pass without judgment.
  • My acupuncturist meditates 3 hours a day! He is the most peaceful, successful, sharp minded, considerate, and kind person I know. And out of 9 doctors I went to in 2004 for a paralyzed vocal cord he pinpointed the issue and I was able to start breathing normally again and speaking!
  • But we don't start with 3 hours a day 
  • We start with 5 minutes at a time
