EXERCISE: DO IT EVERY DAY
WHY?

It's that time of year when we eat, drink and be merry. Because we take pleasure in the camaraderie of family and friends, we tend to over stuff ourselves with food. We enjoy one party meal after the other that is loaded with high calorie, high fat cuisine, right?

We tend to throw caution to the wind and say, "Why bother with worrying about watching what we eat after all it's the holidays."  And we quickly learn that feeling "GUILTY" gets us no where.

Extra fat isn't fun and THERE ISN'T ANY MIRACLE TO RID FAT FROM EVERYDAY FEASTS EXCEPT EXERCISE....DAILY EXERCISE. 

HERE'S THE EXERCISE RECIPE:

EXERCISE... BEFORE BREAKFAST RIGHT WHEN YOU WAKE UP... AFTER AN OVERNIGHT ABSTENTION FROM FOOD IS THE IDEAL TIME. 
It can lessen the impact of Christmas feasting. 

HERE'S THE STUDY: 
A study was done at Catholic University inLeuven, Belgium, with 28 on men divided into three groups. They all agreed to eat the same high carbohydrate high calorie breakfast:




*  One-group agreed to EAT the breakfast WITHOUT any kind of EXERCISE. 
*  The second-group ATE the high carbohydrate breakfast BEFORE a regimen of strenuous EXERCISE
*  The third-group did the strenuous EXERCISES BEFORE EATING the same high calorie high carbohydrate breakfast. 

RESULT:
The third group did not gain any weight, burned more fat and had negative signs of insulin
resistance. Proving that your one-hour exercise plan in the fasting state is much better than exercising after a high carbohydrate high calorie meal. THIS STUDY indicated that exercise in the fasting state is much more effective than exercise after consumption of a high caloric diet.
