SLEEP GOTTA TAKE IT SERIOUSLY

SLEEP ISN'T AS EASY AS BREATHING....

IT SHOULD BE BUT FOR MANY PEOPLE IT IS NOT THAT EASY.........THIS IS A VERY TRUE STATEMENT.

Seems like a pretty simple request to just go to sleep. For millions of people on our globe it's not that easy. We need to plan for it! WHAT?
Well, would you go to your office job in your pajamas? No,  you "plan" for your presence at work for the best productivity. Sleep will require those who have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep to "plan" for that good night's rest just as you would ANYTHING important to you.

Enough sleep means 7–9 hours a night then people we are more likely to have higher productivity, earn more money, have better relationships, feel more energetic throughout the day, and experience less stress? Let's sign up for that, right? And it's free!

Quality sleep is crucial for concentration, memory formation, and repairing and rejuvenating the cells of the body mentally and physically. Yet, millions of people have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep.

90% of melatonin (which is the chemical in our body that helps us get to sleep) is cleared in a single passage through the liver. Keeping our immune system healthy involves a symphony of organs and the liver is one of them. Our immune system rises when we are hydrated, exercised and eating well throughout the day.

Give yourself permission to take time to unplug
from computers, TV, video games, reading, and even talking on the phone. Dim the lights and allow your natural melatonin to begin it's journey within your body. That means "at least" an hour before you go to bed. For me a warm bath with Lavender Oil, candles and relaxation music works. That is when I'm totally relaxed.

I'm not saying that during college studying, child rearing days, or a huge project at work it is all that easy. There are seasons to one's life. Find your pattern that works for you because YOU ARE WORTH SPENDING YOUR LIFE IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE & sleep is part of your success.

To help your mind quiet down, your relaxation to begin, your breathing to settle into a pattern of "awwww..." I will suggest a few essential oils for you to improve your sleep:

  • Lavender Essential Oil: is known for it's anti-depressant, anti-inflmmatory, sedative-like equality.
  • Eucalyptus Essential Oil:  has been used for it's calming effects, help breathing and open air passages. All three needed for a good night's sleep.
  • Lemongrass Essential Oil: has the ability to both calm and relieve tension and promote a relaxed state of mind - an important part of falling asleep.

You can order these oils from a company that passes savings on to YOU because they are a non-multi-level company. You can blend them equally into a roller bottle or spray bottle (both available from Spark Naturals). You will enjoy the benefits of a natural oil to improve your life instead of a man-made-chemical with side effects.

Follow these links below to order oils, roller or spray bottles, or a diffusers. Use drops in your bath, apply them on the bottom of your feet, back or sides of your neck (roller bottles & spray bottles are available), or diffuse them through the available diffusers and just breathe....one of my favorite sayings.
