DEPRESSION MAKES US FEEL SMALL

THERE IS HELP FOR GROWING TALL
I've had several emails and messages from my FB Page:

It feels like we are going round and round and not getting anywhere, right?

There is not a one-size-fits-all solution.  There are a few things that help almost everyone: 
Better nutrition, restful regular night REM sleep, exercise, and drinking water
instead of soda, juice, coffee, power drinks & alcohol.
Some will need temporary help from their doctor, 
some can benefit from rekindling their friendships, 
some by having a pet to care for and some by adding one or several essential oils. 
And some by doing all of these things.

It helps you remember what that feels like.
I know because I've used these techniques a time or two. And most people have I've come to find out, yes most people have had the experience of depression.
Take deep a deep breath followed by 9 more 3-times a day.
