Switch to Whole Wheat Ditch the White Flour

My grandfather used to call me Cookie because I loved cookies and, guess what, I still do!  
My discovery of switching to whole wheat flour in all my cookie recipes has made this indulgence less guilty and that makes me so much happier.  

When we take the highly processed white flour into our bodies it sticks to the lining of our intestines making most nutritious food elements almost impossible to get through to our blood stream.  
That is making most of us less healthy and many times causing true and lingering illnesses that we can't figure out.  Think of all the white flour we consume - tortillas, breads, cereals, crackers, cakes, and it all adds up.  Ditch the white flour and Switch to Whole Wheat.
I use the Quaker's Oatmeal recipe on the inside of the lid of the Old Fashion Oatmeal and subsitute whole wheat flour, I add 1 Cup chocolate chips, 1/2 Cup coconut and 1 Cup pecans (or walnuts) and it's a fabulous cookie! 
Make the Switch to Whole Wheat Flour AND Ditch the White Flour
Add 3 drops of cinnamon essential oil to your moist ingredients for extra flavor @
