WHY WAIT TO ELIMINATE THE WEIGHT

JUST BREATHE IT IN....AND LOSE THE WEIGHT

Weight loss can be as easy as breathing!  What?  Yes, we can use aromatherapy to your weight loss plan.  Here's why:  "diffusing or directly inhaling essential oils can have an immediate positive impact on moods and appetites."
There is a medical reason for 'breathing-in" essential oils that works.  "Olfaction [breathing in fragrances] is the only sense that can have direct effect on the limbic region of the brain.... some essential oils ... can stimulate blood flow and activity in the emotional centers of the brain."  We all know that some aromas can set off unhealthy eating and now you know that some pleasing aromas from some essential oils can reduce appetite.
Those oils are:
Grapefruit:
which was cultivated in early 18th century Asia, West Indies & the Mediterranean coming to America in the 20th century containing the properties of a Diuretic, Antidepressant, and Stimulant.  Plus a GREAT source of vitamin C.
AND
Roman Chamomile:
as a sweet scent which is used to relax the body and calm the mind.  We all need to relax when it comes to weight loss and let our lives change as we adapt to a new way of living.

Blending these oils with a healthy life-style with less meats more veggies, less carbs, a few fresh fruits each day and 18 minutes of exercise a day will help in weight loss.

My favorite weight loss system is Weight Watchers.  They present a balanced, healthy, live-where-you're-at-program without having to purchase prepared meals.  You can go to just about any restaurant or market and get what you need.  I started Weight Watches right after my third baby.  It helped me learn what I needed to in order to become a healthy weight again.  I wish I'd known about essential oils then but I'm glad I do now and I can share it with you.
