Fractionated Coconut Oil is a light texture with a silky-feel and will not clog pores. This type of oil is broken down to smaller molecules MAKING IT BETTER FOR YOUR SKIN. Where as unrefined coconut oil is not. It has a shelf life that is indefinite.

A "carrier oil" is OFTEN used when applying essential oils to more evenly distribute any of your selected essential oils more evenly. We want to use a carrier oil that moisturizes and distributes to help our skin healthier as well as look and feel younger. We also want it to have a light pleasant fragrance....SPARK NATURALS Fractionated Coconut Oil is all of that!

One important fact about facial skin care is that you cannot get the full benefit of "moisturizing" over dead skin. Exfoliation is the key. 

First, remove your make-up with your favorite facial cleanser before exfoliating I use a soft small facial sponge. Rinse well with slightly warm water. 

Second, exfoliate about 3 times a week using a homemade solution which will look like this picture --------->

This is my recipe: 

1/4 C organic raw sugar, 

2-T fractionated coconut oil, 

1-T facial cleanser,

2-4 drops of Spark Naturals Lemon Essential Oil. 

Only create a small amount at a time. You want it fresh and clean. 

I use about 1-Tablespoon for my whole face.

Rinse well with cold water to close your pores and then use your favorite facial moisturizer while your skin is still damp to help it absorb. 

Following these steps you'll have skin as soft as a baby, you'll look and feel younger, and your skin will be healthier for it.
